1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the nnbaji platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or participating in betting or gaming services, you automatically agree to these terms.

nnbaji operates an online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between nnbaji and the user. This agreement is built on a foundation of mutual respect and transparency.

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings received will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

nnbaji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security of financial transactions. As part of this, proof of identity and proof of address documents may be requested. Large withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

nnbaji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposit amounts are added directly to the account balance.
• The correct reference number must be provided when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nnbaji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each promotion may only be used once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users.
• nnbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
• Bonus offers may have a specific time limit; they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets on the nnbaji platform are confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled. Please carefully review all terms and odds before placing a bet.

• The bet amount must be within the available balance.
• If a bet is processed unintentionally due to a technical error, nnbaji reserves the right to void it.
• For incomplete events, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on international and domestic cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or not completed, bets will be refunded.

6.3 Casino and Slots

The rules of the game provider apply to casino games and slots. The betting limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. For jackpots or large wins, nnbaji may request additional information for verification.

6.4 VIP Program

nnbaji has 5 VIP tiers that offer special benefits to regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement in VIP tiers depends on regular activity and active participation on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnbaji platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Logging in or conducting transactions using another person's account credentials.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or use fraudulent software.
• Conducting betting using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Creating an account using a false identity or misleading information.
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using platform content without permission.
